Elisur Organic created Ina Quipatsi, the first Ginger and Turmeric Farmer’s School in Peru. In Asháninka (a native Peruvian language), its name means Mother Earth. The school’s mission is to provide specialized knowledge to farmers through hands-on training directly on their farms.
